In accordance to the CCOA and AHS, the following:

 

1. If you are unwell, please give the clinic a call to cancel and reschedule your appointment.
    

2. Please enter the clinic at your scheduled appointment time. Our space is small, so we are asking this to minimize the number of people in the clinic all at once.
    

3. Please wash or sanitize your hands upon entering.
